This blog is dedicated to the little nuggets of love and food that make life worth living.
To answer this question, I’m going to take the cliche 7th grade essay approach. For me, the word “nugget” has always held a variety of meanings. As suggested by dictionary.com, a nugget may be:
1. a lump of something, as of precious metal.
2. a lump of native gold.
3. anything of great value, significance, or the like: nuggets of wisdom.
4. a bite-size piece of chicken, fish, etc., usually batter-fried.
This blog is a combination of all those meanings; you can look at it as batter-fried golden nuggets of wisdom.
